Brief:
Construction of a new wastewater pump station for Stage 6a of the residential development, along with a new access culvert consisting of twin DN1950mm pipelines.
Scope:
Pump Station
- Temporary works consisting of a cofferdam 8m x 4.5m with 9m deep FSPIII sheet piles to allow excavation to 5m deep.
- Bulk excavation to foundation RL’s.
- Installation of 12m long screw piles.
- Insitu concrete foundation slab below wet well.
- Installation of precast wetwell, valve and flow meter chambers including ass pipework and mechanical fitout.
- Yard construction - wash down pad, fencing and pavement works.
Culvert
- Existing stream diversion.
- Overseeing bulk excavation.
- Dewatering management.
- Raft construction.
- Installation of 16x DN1950mm concrete pipes.
- Install precast settlement slabs and precast headwall panels.
- Geogrid tiebacks and backfilling.
- Road formation, kerb lines and footpath construction.
- Management of stone facing and capping.
- Installation of concrete pillars and steel balustrade panels.
